مع ولا ضد الطواريء ؟ – For or Against Emergency Law ?

Fitting that the Taxi’s windshield is cracked.. like some people’s perceptions of what is the different directions and versions of a story the media throws at us.. like some driver truly believing that the Emergency Law will be there to prevent the theft of his car from under his house??Gofigure..

1st Procession of ‘No to Emergency / Martial Law’ to Magles el Wozara.. or is it magles el wezza ? hmmm tuff nut..  is it not the goose that lays golden eggs still to the pleasure o the old regime?

In any case driver in car next tom taxi started posing questions.. nodding his head towards the gathering crowd he asks..

‘What’s this one for?’

‘Qanun El Tawareq – Emergency Law’, that has governed Egypt since the assassination of Sadat, and has been Mubarak’s sole Modus Operandi in his time in power…

WTF For??!  Why to see, hear and eat you better my dear !
‘So are you for or against..?’

And so starts the discussion..

Ya Rab Ya Masr

There are tons of good tv shows to choose from to say it’s the best. No matter what is said though, there is no doubt that this show ranks in the top 10 of all of them. Yes, there are shows that are a bit older but this one still has charm. There is comedy, wit, and a little darkness, easily moving it up to the top. They just don’t make them like this nowadays.
